Let’s get to know you. You have the option to sign up online; it only takes about three minutes. Or, you may download our Account Instruction Form. Your information is confidential and it is needed for us to learn about your business. You may sign up over the phone by calling us toll-free at 877.523.5537.
2. We Set Up Your Account
Belles assigns you a phone number where you can call-forward whenever you leave the office. You may opt to have your provider set up a conditional-call-forwarding (for example, forward calls after a specified number of rings). All your instructions are reviewed and implemented instantly.
3. We Take Calls
Whenever your office closes for the day, on weekends and holidays, Belles Receptionists continues to answer your calls in your company name. Using your instructions, we assist your customers by providing answers, handling emergencies, dispatching service, and much more.
4. We Follow Up
